The ground-floor café opens onto the pavement and fills with the people whose day has already begun: drivers waiting on a departure, market traders on their second glass of mint tea, guests holding a ticket for somewhere further south. Coffee is strong, bread is fresh, and nobody is hurried out of a chair. It is the best possible introduction to the rhythm of Inezgane, and it costs almost nothing to sit in it for half an hour.

The restaurant through the afternoon
The dining room serves Moroccan and French dishes with halal options through lunch and into the evening, cooked in the register that Moroccan hotel kitchens do best: tagines that have had the time they need, grilled meat and fish, salads assembled from the market a few streets away, and a French side of the menu for guests who want something more familiar. Portions are generous and the pricing follows the same logic as the rooms.

The mezzanine lounge, and room service after
Above the café, a dedicated non-smoking mezzanine gives you a table away from the street: useful for a slow breakfast, an hour of work between connections, or a last pot of tea before an early start. When even that feels like too far to walk, room service will bring dinner to the room, which is precisely what most guests do on the night they arrive.
